How to close your account

As a responsible gambling provider, Rocketpot respects user's right to self-exclude.

The self-exclusion process consists of two straightforward steps to ensure responsible gaming: To begin, you will need to initiate a 24-hour cool-down period. Please send an email request to [email protected], specifying the duration of your self-exclusion and the reason.

After you request self-exclusion, you'll receive a confirmation email to validate the cool-down period's initiation. Once confirmed, you won't be able to access your account during this time.

It's important to note that if you do not complete this step within the given time frame, you will need to restart the self-exclusion process.

Please keep in mind that if you choose to permanently close your account, we won't be able to reopen it in the future.
