Can I update my email address?

Due to security and account safety reasons, it is only possible to change account email address by contacting our customer support. Feel free to reach us out any time and our team will gladly assist you with email changing process.

Can I have multiple accounts?

Unfortunately, users are only allowed to have one active account in our platform.

Can I open another account when I am self-excluded?

As mentioned before, you can only have one account with us. Creating another account while you are self-excluded is not allowed.
